Who pays for the delivery charges when returning products?
If you’re returning an item due to damage, defect, or an error on our part, please ensure the product is securely packed so it reaches us in good condition.

In cases of damage, defect, or seller error, Rico will reimburse your return courier charges.

For voluntary cancellations or returns, both forward and return courier charges will be borne by the customer.
Once we receive the product, your refund will be processed within 15 working days via RTGS, after deducting courier charges and transaction fees (if applicable).
To initiate a refund, please share your bank account details at service@rico.in.
How are items packaged?
All items are carefully and securely packaged to prevent any form of damage during transit.
What are the shipping charges?
We offer FREE delivery on most items across India.
However, certain products may have a nominal shipping charge, depending on their nature and size.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
All Rico products are shipped through reputable courier partners.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking ID, which you can use to track your shipment on the courier partner’s website.
You can also find your tracking number under the Order History section when you log in to your Rico account.
Who is responsible for paying local taxes in India?
All prices on our website are inclusive of GST. No additional local taxes will be charged.
