The Rico RC907 is a 1.8-litre, 650-watt electric rice cooker for small families. Add rice and water, press the lever, and it cooks, then switches itself to Keep Warm. Besides fluffy rice it makes pulao, biryani, porridge, soup, pasta and stews, and the steamer tray lets you steam vegetables. Saves cooking gas and stove space.
