Who pays for the delivery charges for returning products?
If you're returning an item due to damage, defect, voluntary cancellation, or a mistake on our part, please ensure the product is securely packed so that it reaches us in good condition.
In cases of damage, defect, or seller error, we will reimburse your return courier charges.
For voluntary cancellations, both forward and return courier charges will be borne by the customer.
Once we receive the product, the refund will be processed within 15 working days through RTGS after deducting courier charges and transaction fees.
To initiate the refund process, please send your bank account details to service@rico.in.
How are items packaged?
All items are carefully packaged so as to avoid any form of damage.
What are the shipping charges?
We provide FREE delivery on most items in India. Some items may have shipping depending on the nature of the product.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
All Rico items are delivered through reputable courier partners who will provide you with a tracking ID for your order, by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners. We email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order. You can also see the tracking number in your order history panel in your account when you log in
Who would be responsible for paying local taxes in India?
GST is included in the price.
